Located in the picturesque Meon Valley within the South Downs National Park and easy reach of Portsmouth and Winchester, our self catering holiday cottages are an excellent base from which to explore all that Hampshire has to offer. Stunning countryside, historical buildings, charming villages and a beautiful coastline is all within easy reach and there's something for everyone.
Multi-generational groups
With 8 self-catering cottages on site, we can accept groups of all sizes, from families of 4 to large groups of 54, as we can accommodate groups in several cottages. Our accommodation is dog friendly and each cottage has it's own hot tub.
Accessible accommodation
Seven cottages have ground floor access, three of them are M3A rated and have accessible kitchen facilities and accessible bathrooms.
Our cancellation policy
We guarantee a full refund of monies paid in the event of (1) a National Lockdown and/or (2) the government placing the address given on the booking form into a Tier with a Do Not Travel restriction.
Our refund guarantee does NOT cover guests for (1) falling ill with Covid (or any other illness), (2) a requirement to self-isolate or quarantine, or (3) a Track & Trace alert preventing them from travelling.
