International Chef Deborah Durrant has published her menu for the two pop-ups we have organised for next week right here at Wallops Wood Cottages! And what a fabulous menu it is!
We have 5 tickets left so why not book it HERE – try something completely new and different – you will not be disappointed!
Showcasing our best produce from Hampshire for the Hampshire Food Festival during the whole of July, we are honoured to welcome Deborah Durrant along with our amazing co-sponsors.
The inventiveness in this novel cuisine is phenomenal. Crafted by masterful hands, this food which is not cooked above 45 degrees, is as inventive as it is delicious.
It takes real skill to offer something of this calibre to 50 people over two days . Deborah’s real passion for sharing her passion is evident in everything she does and her food is a real song of joy on a plate.
We can wax lyrical about her food and this lady because we have tasted her food many times and clients cannot recommend her highly enough.

Trained at the Matthew kenney academy in the USA before plant based food or even raw food was on anyone’s radar, she is an old timer at this revelatory cuisine.
This is a cuisine of precision re-imagining of vegetables, fruit and herbs as well as ingredients in a manner that allows the elements to offer up their full flavour bombs.
There is no compromising on taste and Deborah is showcasing the full beauty of Hampshire’s best produce.
A BIG thank you to our co-sponsors Hambledon Vineyard, The Garlic Farm, The Tomato Stall, New Forest Mushrooms, South Downs Water, Hill Farm Juice, Moonroast Coffee

Join us for a celebration of Hampshire on the 10th July for lunch or on the 11th July for dinner!
