From grape to glass, in the comfort of your own cottage at Wallops Wood, enjoy tasting these award winning sparkling wines.

Led by Katrina Smith DipWSET, Hambledon’s Tour and Education Manager, you will titillate your taste buds with England’s oldest commercial vineyard’s amazing sparkling wine. Taste all three Cuvee.

Taste  the difference between the Premiere Cuvee which is a blend of Chardonnay (58%), Pinot Meunier (18%) & Pinot Noir (24%) and was carefully developed under the guidance of our leading Champenois chef de caves, Hervé Jestin and the Classic Cuvee with taste notes of fresh sourdough, magnolia and lily scents mingled with a hint of smoke over a core of greengage, red plums and dessert apples. The palate is vivid, almost vibrantly crunchy with precise, structured yet ripe acidity.

Then there is the Classic Cuvee Rose with rich mouth-filling flavours of strawberry balanced by zingy tart cranberry and pithy Amalfi lemon notes. The texture is creamy with a clean, crisp, yeasty finish.
