Sue will guide you on how to choose the best fruit to make your jam as well as showing you how to enhance the flavour profile with unusual ingredients.

- This is a great workshop for friends or family getting together and doing a really fun activity
- Sue uses seasonal Hampshire fruit, sourced directly from farmers around our area
- Come along and jam away in your very own cottage in our superbly equipped kitchens right here at Wallops Wood
- All ingredients and equipment included, just bring yourself!
- You get to take the jams you make away with you!
