The South Downs National Park is a beautiful part of southern England covering a 1,627 sq kms area from Hampshire to East Sussex. The Downs are mostly chalk, making it a perfect environment for producing naturally filtered water that is high in calcium and low in sodium.
South Downs Water comes from an Artesian Well close to the Cathedral city of Chichester on the border of West Sussex and Hampshire. It is a family business that was established over 25 years ago.
We’re thrilled that South Downs Water will be supplying the bottled water at our pop up food event with Hambledon Vineyard here at Wallops Wood this week. Some of Hampshire’s top food producers are taking part in this event, supplying food for a delectable feast that will be produced by acclaimed chef Deborah Durrant of Deliciously Raw.
Tickets are almost sold, with just a few now left, so don’t miss out in what promises to be a very exciting food event.
