Wallops Wood and Hambledon Vineyards are hosting our very own pop-up event during the Hampshire Food Festival here at Wallops Wood on 10th & 11th July. The lunch and dinner is being created by Deborah Durrant of Deliciously Raw and you can expect to be blown away by her amazing culinary creations that showcase local Hampshire produce.
One of the local suppliers for the event is Hill Farm Juice who will be bringing along some of their award winning apple juice.
Will Dobson is behind this family owned business, helped by a team of local staff. Apple juice has been pressed at Hill Farm since the 1970’s as part of a substantial fruit farm supplying apples and pears to the supermarkets.
Hill Farm is located in Droxford in the South Downs National Park about 8 miles from Winchester. Here there is a micro-climate which is beneficial to the growing of excellent apples and pears. A perfect spot for juice making!
Hill Farm creates about 15 different juices from various varieties of apple which include Ashmead’s, Braeburn, Bramley & Cox. There are some delicious combinations which include Apple & Elderflower, Apple & Ginger, Apple & Blackcurrant, and a limited edition Braeburn & Bramley.
We’re very excited to be showcasing Hill Farm Juice at our Pop up event!
